About the Book
Consciousness, by definition, is the experience of energies detected and transduced to nerve impulse activity by sensory receptors. The nerve impulse activity innervates the neuromuscular system. Consciousness is experienced by intrafusal muscle spindles. The enhanced energies developed in intrafusal muscle spindles in response to innevation are detected by spindle receptors as conscious experience. Enhancement is effected by efferent impulse activity discharged from congenital and experientially configured synaptic activity.
